A. Primary Material:
Aluminum Alloy ADC12 (A383) / A380: This is the primary material for its excellent fluidity, castability, and superb thermal properties.
Thermal Conductivity: Typically 96 - 100 W/m·K, ensuring efficient heat dissipation.
Excellent Die-Castability: Allows for the production of complex, thin-walled, and detailed geometries with high dimensional stability.
B. Integrated Structure:
Monolithic Body: The heat sink is cast as a single unit, integrating:
